Upcoming Events

The St. Anne’s Parents’ Association sponsors many community events throughout the school year. These events include fundraisers as well as get-togethers that help to enhance the educational opportunities at the School with the sole mission of strengthening our community.

We hope you will join us for the following upcoming events. And as always, please contact the Event Chair listed below if you would like to volunteer.

	Opening Day Coffee (Monday, August 22) Join us on the first day of school and bring a food item.  It's a great time to catch up with old and new friends. Michelle Buquet (thedenver6@hotmail.com) and Suzanne MacKenzie (sqmackenzie@comcast.net)
	All-School Picnic (Friday, September 9) Join in the fun with this annual evening picnic! The 8th grade will run carnival games and entertain your kids. You can help check in families at the entrance, pass out food, or help clean up. A great way to meet new families and also relax with old friends! Julie Gifford (jdgifford1@comcast.net)
	Back in the Saddle Bike Ride (Sunday, September 11) The scenic 58 mile ride will take place at the beginning of the school year for 2011-2012 on Sunday, September 11th. Last year, our inaugural year, we had over 30 riders attend this incredible event. Friends and family showed up at the end to support the riders and enjoy a sunny afternoon picnic, catered by LoDo’s Bar and Grill with beers provided by Wynkoop Brewery! 	Pumpkin Patch (October 1 and 2) Join us in launching our new Fall Pumpkin Festival.  Pumpkin sales, cider and more! Ann Ayers (annhayers@gmail.com) and Heather Johnson (heatherjohnson@hotmail.com)
	Book Fair (Family Night, Thursday, November 3) A wonderful tradition with an off-site twist. The book fair will be at Barnes & Nobles again this year. Come to the planning meeting to find out how you can help. Stefanie Kolpak (sdkolpak@yahoo.com) and Jane Montgomery (jlomontgo@comcast.net)

During the 2011-12 school year, we are introducing a handful of new fundraisers, including Restaurant Nights, a Fall Bike Ride, and a St. Anne’s Week at Timbuk Toys. Check back here in the fall for more information.
