Letter from The Kelly Family

Dear St. Anne's Community,

On behalf of the Kelly family, we want to thank you for not only the beautiful service, but the kind notes, flowers, and donations. We have always known that St. Anne's is an amazing community, but not until these last weeks can we attest that your support and love for our dear Rose was something extraordinary. We know that our mother knew this and felt this as she said in her last few weeks that she didn’t realize how much she loved St. Anne’s until she couldn’t be there everyday. Since many of your first encounters with the school were with our mother, our hearts go out to all of you and the special relationships you forged with her. We have heard countless stories of amazing families, their children, and the relationships, which she held so close. Thank you for making our mother the person she was when she left us and thank you for filling the St. Anne’s community with a sense of compassion and empathy towards our family. Our hope is that those qualities of kindness, consideration, and selflessness will continue to enrich the school. Our mother would want you to know that there is a reason she stayed at St. Anne’s for 35 years—that reason, was all of you.
