Rose Kelly Memorial Scholarship Fund

On Saturday, July 31, 2010, St. Anne’s Episcopal School lost a dear, longtime friend in Rose Kelly after a long, valiant, and courageous battle with cancer. For over 30 years, Rose helped shape and guide our school. Over the course of her career, her formal roles encompassed lower school teacher, Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, and Assistant Head of School, but the relationships and bonds she formed with people were the heart of her many gifts to our school. Saying Rose will be deeply missed is woefully inadequate; saying she will be remembered and a lasting influence is equally understated.

Because of Rose’s deep and abiding love of St. Anne’s, her family has established the Rose Kelly Memorial Scholarship Fund at St. Anne’s Episcopal School in her honor. Tax-deductible contributions to this fund will be held within the school’s Endowment Fund. Earnings generated by these resources will be contributed to the school’s financial aid program, allowing qualified students to attend St. Anne’s who might not otherwise be able to afford to do so. This was an area and cause at our school of very special interest and passion for Rose. This fund will serve as a lasting legacy to Rose and her dedication to our special community.

Those wishing to make a contribution can make checks payable to St. Anne’s Episcopal School and write “Rose Kelly Memorial Fund” on the memo line. They can be mailed to the school at the following address:
