Capital Campaign

A capital campaign is designed to raise a specified sum of money within a defined period of time to meet the varied needs of the school. A capital campaign may include funds raised for buildings and for the endowment. In the school’s Help Our Garden Grow Campaign, conducted from 1996 to 1999, $4.3 million was raised to build Lower and Middle School additions and to increase the Endowment Fund. In the Pass the Torch Campaign, conducted from 2002 to 2006, funds were raised to increase the value of the endowment fund by $10 million.

Previous capital campaign efforts include:
1992: $1.2 million for the Mother Irene Library
1988: $200,000 for the Sisters’ Building
1986: $1 million for the Campus Center
