Parents' Association Benefit
We are the Benefit Co-Chairs, Susan McHugh & Dory Pratt, and we're getting the wheels in motion for our upcoming Benefit this spring. In order to make it happen, We’d LOVE TO HAVE YOUR HELP!!!! Online Acquisitions Committee -
We need a co-chair and members for this committee. You will work closely with our chair, Susan Parker, to distribute and collect donation contracts and donations from the parent body. You will contact and follow up with any potential donors (either items or experiences). A majority of the auction items will come from our community so most of your job will entail following up with people and collecting items. Look for more information regarding the online auction in an early December letter from benefit chairs, Dory Pratt and Sue McHugh.Public Relations Committee -
Jennifer Kelly needs committee members to brainstorm how to get the word out about the event to the school community and to get people excited to attend. The committee will then execute these ideas.Invitation Committee -
Laura Woodward and Lisa Duke need committee members to help them address the save the date cards in January and to assemble, address, and seal the invitations immediately following Spring Break, April 6th and 7th.Set-up Committee -
We need two chairs for this committee to help coordinate the volunteers for set-up. We need as many worker bees as possible to help set up the day before and the day of the event, May 8th.Clean-up Committee -
We need clean-up committee chairs to coordinate the clean-up and we need committee volunteers to help clean up after the event on May 8th.St. Anne's Soirees Committee -
Brooke Simpson and Michelle Buquet (Golding) need committee members to help find families willing to host parties to be auctioned off in the online auction. They will need assistance organizing and planning parties with the hosts. Look for more information about this party program in a letter in early December.Check-in Committee -
Ellen Putze and Andrea Stein are co-chairing this committee. We need additional volunteers who will greet and check in people, and hand out their name tags and paddle numbers the night of the event.Check-out Committee -
We need chairs and committee members to help process check-out for winning bidders the night of the event. These volunteers will make sure that people pay for and take items home the night of the event. They will work closely coordinating payment with the check-out company. On the night of the event, they will also hand out items that were acquired in the online auction the two weeks prior.Layout -
We need someone to do a computer generated layout of the floor plan for the event night.Audio Visual -
We need someone to set up the audio visual equipment the night of the event and to tell us what,if anything, they need from the rental company to help them get up and running. They will coordinate with the band or DJ to make sure everything is seen and heard. This person will work closely with the St. Anne's maintenance staff.Not logged in | Login
