While there is a healthy amount of turnover each year, the faculty and staff are clearly dedicated to the school. This translates into a very stable and loyal working community. Contracts are issued on a yearly basis in January and must be signed by the end of February. When a vacancy arises, it is first advertised "in house" and then to the larger community through ads in local newspapers and listings online.
